Annoying pop up ads

Need help, i have an galaxy s6, some annoying pop up ads have been showing up in my screen every single time, no matter what if i open an app or even if a just leave the phone unblock on the home screen that annoying ad will pop up, i already try scan for malware, and I don't have any third party app outside the google play, please let me know what to do.

Some free apps will do this to help pay for the cost of the app, since it is free. Think about what you installed recently before this started happening and try removing it.

I personally use adblockers so I never see ads systemwide.
