Annoying post call notification

Upgraded my Moto G5S Plus to 8.1 recently. I've noticed that upon hanging up from a phone call the phone's default notification tone plays, as if to remind me that I hung up.

This is extremely annoying and I can't see anything in call settings that allows this to be turned off.

Is it just me experiencing this? Is there a way to turn this off??
