Annoying S4 security warning after phone update

I recently ran a scheduled update on my phone but have not been able to get rid of a persistent pop-up whether I click on "cancel" or "download" . I have screenshots to show but don't sew where I can upload them.
Please help me.

I think this has to do with Knox. The next time you get the notification, try to pull down the shade and longpress the notification. That will bring up an app info button. Click that and it will tell you what app is giving the notification.
