Annoying website keeps taking over Google Chrome on my S5. Need to stop it.

Welcome to Android Central! Does that pop up on its own regardless of what you're doing, or does it only happen when you open Chrome and try to browse? Try clearing the Chrome app cache/data in the Settings>Apps menu.
