hi! i thought about subscribing here since i had a very bad experience lately with an Android device...well here's the story:
a few months ago, i bought an Android device, a Chinese branded called "Ainol", it's the "Novo 7 Elf II" model, 16gb, 7-inches screen, it's quite popular for those who want a very affordable (paid 140$ including Fedex shipping) yet good and powerful tablet. It have Android 4.0.3, HDMI-out, a MicroSD card slot supporting up to 32gb, standard 5-pins USB cable, front camera, charging port... The only problem is the screen, one angle is ugly when you tilt it on one side, so for games who use tilting to play, this isn't really good.
So i thought about looking for another device, i was checking the "Cube U30GT Mini", 7 inches screen as well, IPS, but the problem is the screen again, but it's stuck pixels this time! Now i sent messages to the shop where i bought it, and they replied "we just checked the ones we have in stock, and they seem to all have this problem". So i returned the tablet by mail...to China, it have cost me 45$ and it's 30-40 days shipping...what a rip-off!!
So yeah, at least i still have my Elf II here. But i decided that i'm gonna save up for a Nexus 7 32gb this time, and buy it in a shop nearby, so if i have a screen problem, it's not going to be a huge hassle and super expensive to replace if i find a dead ot stuck pixel on screen! I'm very paranoid about the screen when i buy something having one.
