Another Consumer Cellular problem

[AC Question]

This question was probably answered before but here goes. I have a Galaxy S 2 and I am a new customer to CC. They can't seem to get the internet problem resolved. They are "looking into it". I know it is an older phone but it is the one I currently have. I don't want to switch services again. But I am not happy. I need a fully functioning phone. Any thoughts for my antique??

It is probably the APN or Access Poi t Name. There is a thread in introductions. I can't remember the actual name, but I can try to link it here.
