Another Gingerbread Update ... Even If I Didn't Install The First One?

Exclusive: EVO 4G OTA Update Coming June 20th

I have not updated my Evo to Gingerbread yet. I was wondering with another OTA Gingerbread fix on the way on June 20th, do I have to install the first update then the "fix" or just wait and install the new update on the 20th ?

You would only have to install the latest.

Are you rooted???

If so: don't worry about it... just let the update come out and give a dev a couple of hours. Their be a rooted version not long after.

If not: root your eVo and install one of the many rooted updates.

I your not planning on rooting, so this update then when the new update comes out do it. This new update sounds like its just a maintenance updated and not a full update.

If that's the case I would think it will be a smaller sized download package. And you wouldn't beable to install with out doing the full update first.
