Another JB update problem thread

After getting the update, my fiance's Razr removed all of her custom ring tones (guessing no way to put them back except manually reassigning them), the phone now turns the screen on during a call despite holding it to her ear, and Swype no longer auto spaces and now auto capitalizes every word.

The last two, ongoing issues, were not a problem on ICS, and I will be looking at it myself tonight when I get home. Just wondering if anyone knows of an easy way to fix these yet? No factory reset suggestions please, as I'm well aware of that final nuclear option. Even then, we're hesitant to use it so she doesn't loose her game saves.

The solution: call Verizon and demand your money back. If enough people do this, we may have a chance of them caring. As for me, I will never be fooled into spending money on Verizon or Motorola ever again. What a sick joke.
