Another JB update question

Have the Razr Maxx on Verizon. Accepted the JB update last week, and noticed that my group contacts fro texting are no longer there nor accessible.
Anyone else have this issue? Anyone have any clue how to fix it?

This has always been one of the major flaws of Android--the inability to send a group email or text using the stock apps. We used to be able to do so using the ICS People app, but it looks like that function was removed for who knows why.

I found a decent app that will let you group text or group email--it's called Contacts GroupU. Just tried it, and it works fine for email--haven't tried texting.
