Another Verizon S5 Update Issue VoiceMail

So, I got the touchscreen issue resolved by doing a factory reset...but now, my visual voicemail is telling me that it can't connect. So, I did the manual dial in (I HATE VOICEMAILS) and my mailbox was totally full. I have not been getting voicemail notifications at all. I cleared cache and then force stop as advised by customer support. It worked. Then stopped working again. I cleared cache, data, and force stopped. Nothing. So, I did a partition cache too. Nothing. My husband is having the exact same issue.

I keep getting this weird microphone icon with a line through it in my notification bar.

Anyone else having this issue?
