Answering Calls on WiFi

Hey, I have a Moto G3 on the Telus network. Is there a way to answer calls using Hangouts Dialer? I know how to make calls over Wi-Fi, which has so far saved me a bunch of minutes, but I'm wondering if I can answer them using Wi-Fi when calls reach my regular number (Just a note, I'm talking about my Telus number. I don't have a Google Voice number and don't plan to get one) Thanks!

I think the only way to route incoming calls to that dialer is to have a Google voice number and have people call that number instead. Google voice is only available in select countries so it may not be an option for you.
