Answering calls

Anyone else have any issues answering calls on the note 10 plus? 4 times in the last 2 days I go to answer the call by swiping the green phone icon and the phone thinks the call is answered but it still rings. I'm having to call each person back. It didn't happen when the heads up notification shows when I'm in another app at the time the call comes in. Just when I swipe the green phone icon. Very frustrating. I'm currently using wifi calling in the Verizon network. Do you think that has anything to do with it?

Hi, no issues for me but can try enable pop up call if it works better in phone app settings

I had some issues today when I was in the car, but I'm chunking it up to my bluetooth connection.

I haven't had any issues either. Sometimes I forget I can't just hit the phone icon to answer calls though. LOL

I have that turned on but it seems to only work if you are in another app when the call comes in. That's the process that seems to work best for me. Full screen craps out most of the time

Hi, no issues for me but can try enable pop up call if it works better in phone app settings

Can try in safe mode also see if any 3rd party app issue
