any 5 or 6 inch tablets?

A friend of mine is looking at getting an android tablet. He's looked at the archos "mini-tablet" offerings and was considering getting one, however, he asked me if they had anything larger, but smaller than a 7 inch tablet (he plans on carrying it around sort of like a phone, but he doesn't want it to be a phone. He basically wants a "phone-sans-phone" android device that is wifi ony). He doesn't want a 7 inch (says its too big for him) but says a 4 inch is too small. He said his perfect size would be a 5 or 6 inch tablet, but I can't seem to find any. Anyone know of any?

Yeah, i know about the dell streak, but there doesn't appear to be a wifi-only version of that, right? At least, i couldn't find one.

I have an Archos 5 Internet Tablet. The 5-inch (actual size 4.8") screen is a nice size, and the device fits easily in my pocket, even in a padded flip case. Be aware that the new Archos line that just came out in November/December 2010 has 4.3 and 7 inch models, no 5". There is a new Archos 48, but it is just the A5IT with a couple of modifications. The A5IT and 48 are NOT upgradable to Android 2.2 (still 1.6 and probably wll remain so). The new Archos Gen 8 models 28, 32, 43, 70, 101, now have Android 2.2. Archosfans.com is a great forum for all of the Archos devices.

I love the A5IT, but I would LOVE for someone to come out with a reasonably prices 6 inch tablet. To me that would be just about perfect. It would still fit reasonably well in a pocket and have a nice size screen.
