Any advantage getting a Samsung tablet and phone?

I am curious if there are any advantages. Like in webOS, there was touch to share and sms/calls (altho I can do this between my s3 and touchpad) or with an iOS device with icloud (photos almost instantly be in both ipad and iphone.

Anything special if I own both Samsung products?

There's an All-Share app, but I'm not quite certain what it does.

I think in Samsung's overview video they talked about some connectivity or sharing with the S3. Most likely with a Samsung app.
