Any chance this phone will hit Sprint?

Hey all--

I'm about ready to jump ship at Big Red. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years, the cost is getting to me especially in light of cheaper options and (arguably) better phones elseware. The main contenders right now are Sprint and T-Mobile. I know T-Mobile just got their version of this phone in the form of the G2x, but I was wondering if anyone has heard anything regarding it showing up at Sprint? The specs and size of this phone are right up my alley, and I think Sprint has the best rates and promotions going right now. So, any rumors to tempt me?

True, and that is an option. But I like Sprint's "Any Mobile, Any Time" and the fact that their evening hours start at 7:00. As a comparison, check out Sprint vs. T-Mo (for family plans, two phones):

Sprint: 1500 shared minutes, any mobile any time, 7:00 night/weekend, unlimited data, unlimited text for $129.99 (Plus $20/month for smartphones)

T-Mobile: 3000 shared minutes total, 9:00 night/weekend, unlimited data, unlimited text for $149.99

Seems basically a wash, and I would qualify for at least a 15% discount on either carrier. I'm leaning more towards Sprint because of the "any mobile/any time" and more generous night/weekend hours. The fact is, most of the numbers we call are mobile, so we probably would barely touch the 1500 minutes. But at 3000 total minutes, I don't know if I can get the GF to stop talking! But that G2x is sexy....

Forgot to add Sprint will pay me $125 per smartphone is bring over, so $250 right off the bat. I wonder if I could convince T-Mobile to match, lol....

It's very possible and i would say probably worth looking into. Would you be doing enough talking though that the earlier nights and mobile to mobile would make a difference?

Plus if you qualify for a discount program with T-Mobile, most of them have waived activation fees. I've gotten to play with the phone and in my eyes it would be totally worth it :)
