Any cure for Emergency Alerts false alarms?

For about a month now I have been getting the blarring tones and the urgent text message that a tornado is in my area and to take cover immediately! Of course this happens on sunny clear days when there are not clouds.

I like getting emergency alerts when there are actual tornados in the county, but the first time this happens at 3am I am likely to go bezerk.

Any thoughts?

What are you still doing on the forums theirs a tornado don't you know! To turn the alerts off go to Messaging -> Menu -> Settings -> and scroll down to the bottom to the Emergency Message Settings section.
