Does anyone know if a custom ROM is being worked on for the Triumph?

Sadly, not on this site. There are other websites that seem to have a lot more development happening, for example I'm using a kernel that allows me to overclock up to 1.9 ghz.

Phandroid is where you'll find most of the development going on. We have one custom rom but it isn't recommended, a couple people working on cm7 and one guy who has provided us with new kernel.

Also on androidforums there is a guy workong on a CM7 build. Anybody with kernel and driver experience in ROM-making should go talk to "tickerguy" as hes hit a few roadblocks.
