Any good working Do Not Disturb apps

Are there any out now that actually work for phone and notifications? I don't mind paying a few bucks for one either if it works. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you mean for sound or blocking the Notifications from the StatusBar?
I don't think Apps are permitted to block the Notifications of other Apps from appearing in the StatusBar.

I love this app. I used to turn the volume off using the volume button when going into a meeting and never remember to turn it back on. Shush! uses the same method, the volume button, but when you get it all the way down a window pops up asking how long to keep the phone silent. It's ingenious!
