Any hopes for KitKat on a Pioneer R1 TBT-7R1-K tablet?

I received this tablet for Christmas and it came preinstalled with JellyBean. any hopes for a software update to KitKat ever on this?

I can't find a release date for the tablet, but most devices are supported for about 18 months.

You can always keep an eye on XDA Forums on whichever forum is appropriate (probably something like Other Tablets) to see if someone has a later ROM for it. (Someone may have modified a Cyanogen ROM, or a ROM from a similar device. Some of the devs on XDA seem to know the devices better than the engineers who designed them.)
