What country are you in? A comment on the YouTube video says it's not available in the USA.

I tried Cube ACR from the Galaxy Store (also after watching this video) and yes, it works with very specific settings (the default ones). I would have kept and even paid for it, but it doesn't work when using bluetooth headsets, which is easily 50% of my use cases. Otherwise, normal calls holding the phone up against your ear records pretty well. Just don't expect studio-quality sound, lol.
P.S. I used it on my S23 Ultra running the January 2024 security update.
