I read Samsung released it for some Exynos versions of the S9. Have not seen anything for Snapdragon variants. Don't hold your breath. Project Treble is probably Project Terrible for Samsung Snapdragon owners.

If you are in the US I think they are going to jump direct to April update given that they released this phone middle of March. That's my guess.

I got it on my S9 Plus last week (SM-G9650, Snapdragon 845).

April patch. Nothing critical for Oreo and only a couple with high severity affecting Oreo. But, this month includes some bug fixes for phones. Mostly pixel models but there's a few notable fixes for all phones.

No, it has been in Samsung's hands for TWO months; not one. I'm writing this on April 3rd. Samsung has had the April update for one month.
