any notice carrier hub after last update

My V60 updated last night and I notice 2 things. 1 cartier hub popping in and out of the top left of the screen and 2nd my Bluetooth started disconnecting from my headset( bluetiger) and Samsung watch. I cleared the history for Bluetooth, and any saved data for it. As it wouldn't reconnect with either. Just was wondering if anyone else has seen either of the two.

T-mobile? I'm seeing the same thing since the September update

I've also had it randomly disconnect from my Samsung watch. The only way to get it to reconnect is to reboot the phone. I'm on Verizon and this started happening a few weeks ago, before the Sept update.

I have the note 20 ultra. T-Mobile just updated it to Android 11 and suddenly I'm getting this carrier hub notification. I did some research and it seems to be a Sprint application. But I have no idea what to do about it or with it. I see some threads where people complain about it draining the battery.
