Any one having network Radio issues. not working.

So This afternoon I woke up (I work night shift), and my phone was in airplane mode. So I turned it off and my network radio was still not turned on. My home wi fi was on and working fine. But my network radio was sitll off. no bar. Just the circle with slash thru it symbol. Tried trouble shooting it with sprint tech via chat. They were trying to get me to update my profile..but I kept telling them it won't work because there is no mobile network on my phone. I think it's hardware problems. ANy one run into it. Any solutions before I head to sprint store later tonight?

I have not had this issue. Have you tried the basic steps yet such as rebooting the phone? This will solve majority of random glitches.

yup. tried a reboot, and factory reset, and battery taking out. service rep tried to get me to do a profile update manually, but of course it didn't work because there is no mobile network.
