I'm looking for a cheap solution to throw the s10 video to my HDTV. I have been looking for an app solution before, but I haven't found it. If anyone know, please suggestion.

anyone used a type-c to hdmi cable? like this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07S2LNH3P?tag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6561240. It's shows works for s9 and s9 plus, but I don't see s10 in the compatibility list, does these cable has strict compatibility? or which version android os or what characteristics indicate that cable will be compatible? Thank you!

You don't need an app to mirror with Samsung, its built into the os and you even have a quick toggle for it. Pull your notification shade down and use smart view. This of course requires a smart TV or casting device.

Honestly have no idea if USB c to hdmi works on the s10, I've done wireless casting since the s3 in 2012.

I have an old HD TV with 2 hdmi inputs, not a smart TV.
The workaround you found works for me with the S9.

My TV does not have a WiFi, but have a HDMI port, it seems that I can't use smart view?
I found a device called anycast with hdmi may work for my TV. But I will try the cheap type c to hdmi first. If the cable not work I will turn to the anycast.
