Any phones taking telephoto pictures?

I read that camera sales have fallen drastically as cellphone cameras do everything; including taking movies. Folks have posted horrible photos of the recent Blood Moon using their cell. Do any cellphone cameras actually take telephoto pictures?

They can't take telephoto pictures as well as a DSLR with a 55mm-250mm lens that has actual OPTICAL zoom until they start building that mechanism into the phone. Until then, it's a digital zoom which isn't nearly as good, unless you want to get those clip-on lenses that give you magnification/zoom.

When a phone can take a picture like this, let me know (I'm considering getting this printed for wall hanging). I know someone with an iPhone that took a similar picture on the same day (admittedly, 3 years ago) and it just looks overprocessed to me, this shot is directly from the camera.
