My personal recommendation would be the https://www.amazon.com/Motorola-Roa...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6259741 - it's the newer version of the Motorola Roadster 2 which I used in my 1998 Ford Mustang GT Convertible and then my daughter snagged it for her older Jeep. It was reliable, worked with the FM radio well and handled background and wind noise.
