any recommended call whitelist app?

Any recommendation on a call whitelist app that even I'm on silent mode, I want it to ring for certain contact/number or if someone calls me multiple times, then it will start ringing (just in case for any emergency)...

Extreme call blocker has that option for the white list. You can make a profile in Tasker that does the same
