Any rumors/indications for MotoX with Sprint Spark LTE bands?

I want to buy a MotoX on Sprint but want to buy a phone that supports Sprint's "spark" tri-LTE bands. The other most appealing option is the Nexus 5, but I would prefer the MotoX because of the battery life and active notifications. Has anyone heard if Motorola will be releasing an updated MotoX on Sprint with updated radios? thanks...

No, it is not a triband phone. Maybe the next moto x or the moto g might have triband.

I wish...I'm stuck in the same predicament. I'm probably going to just pick up the Nexus 5 so that I don't get stuck with a device for 2 years that won't fully support the network.

Moto G doesn't have LTE at all. The odds of it picking up tri-band LTE on its way to Sprint are approximately 0.

I was having the same dilemma, but just bit the bullet and bought the X. I figure by the time Sprint actually gets the spark network up and running, I'll be due for a new phone.

By the time Spark rolls out where I am, I will be up for a new two year upgrade after my next phone.
