any smartphone rooting?

I have 2 smartphones with support for OTG built in *android 11) but 2, same OS no support. Any way to fix it? All the apk aps (many 6+) are fakes.
Any idea, any one.

Also I can't root these 2 phones. Unknown manufacturer

Welcome to Android Central! Where did you get the phones from? What model name/number does it show in Settings>About Phone?

If these are no-name or off-brand phones direct-from-China, then all bets are off. OTG support would be built into the firmware, I believe, so you're not going to add it by simply installing an app. And you almost certainly won't find a root exploit for a no-name phone.
