Any solution to the 4g problems?

Anyone else still dropping 4g frequently? Anyone come up with any solutions?

I was on 3g all weekend with no problems. I am back home on 4g now, so far so good.... Fingers crossed.

I live in Vermont and the website still doesn't have 4G listed. So, I am happy with the overall fact I have 4G. I get slight drops, usually in my basement and in some stores.

I called vzw a few weeks back and they filled a Trouble ticket. Well someone called me last week and told me that the network repair bureau ( NRB) put a update on my ticket. There is apparently a known issue with the HTC Rezound dropping 4G connections recently. From what they told me they said it has something to do with the "SWITCH" that your phone is connected to , thats why its not affection all rezound customers. Different switches use different manufactures for there equipment ( i.e. Motorola, Cisco, ETC) . One of them is causing a issue...

The rep also stated that they are hoping to resolve this issue within the ICS release which should have new radios. That's why there is a delay on the release and a few weeks ago HTC posted that's Opps post on there website showing the release of ICS and the change log.

Because VZW was gonna go live with it then noticed all the tickets getting filed from Rezound users.

I don't know what to believe any more...

My stock Rezound was dropping 4G frequently until the moment I installed the ICS leak. Now the connection almost never drops.

Wow, mine's been doing this since I got it in January. I figured the ICS update would fix it, but I've been waiting a LONG time.

I called Verizon, and filled out a ticket. I've not had 4G since the first of June. I told them it's not just NC that I its all over the states. They said they didn't know what was going on, because he was having the same issue until his razor received the update and his fixed. I told him the leaked version fixed the issue. He said theirs no way they flipped a switch before everyone got the update
lol I was pretty Much told what I already know and to b patient for the update, it should be here soon lol.
