Any story maker kind of video app?

On my previous BlackBerry, there was a story maker cool video app that makes you easily create videos from your photos with nice transition effects and you can type text and stuff to make a story.

Is there such an app for Android? I don't need ads so paid would be better of if there is a native app in the Samsung Store maybe?

I have a Galaxy S6 edge+ FTW

There's Video Editor from Samsung (free and quite fully featured), or Magisto (which is a popular option). There are tons of apps for adding Special FX even (mostly pre-rendered, but some quite nice!). If you upload your pictures to Google Photos, it will usually create something similar automatigically for you from pictures taken on the same time period/location.
