Hey everyone I'm pretty new around here :)
I got my Nexus 6 this week and I'm loving it but I was wondering if any of you have any good case suggestions. I'm mainly looking for something that has a kickstand for YouTube and whatnot I'm open to most other things.

Sorry if this has been asked before by the way but I didn't see it anywhere

Try Amazon.com: Nexus 6 Case, i-Blason **Dual Layer** [Kickstand] Google Nexus 6 Case (2014 Release) Prime Series Holster Cover with Kickstand and Locking Belt Swivel Clip for Motorola Nexus 6 Phone (Black): Cell Phones & Accessories

It's not expensive, it lies nicely in landscape mode and it's pretty decent protection. (When the silicon rubber seems to get stretched, leave it off the phone for a few days and it'll shrink right back down to tightness.

The belt holster is also pretty good, if you prefer carrying the phone that way.

It's not an Otterbox Defender, but it's not $50 either.

Your best bet is to check out the Accessories subforum here in the Nexus 6 section. There are plenty of threads regarding cases. Personally, I use the Ringke Fusion but it does not have a kickstand which you mentioned. I also have the CaseMate case with a kickstand (the one sold on the Play store) that is nice as well. I just didn't find the fit to be perfect.

I like how that case makes the volume rocker into two buttons for up and down. That seems like it would make it much easier to change the volume without having to actually look at it.

That being said, I've been very happy with my Supcase for Nexus 6. I got it because I don't like big cases adding a lot of extra bulk to a really streamlined and thin phone. Also I wanted to be able to see the fancy NEXUS on the back so I got the frost clear/black colored one. It's been doing it's job that's for sure. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00OH...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU4257352

I had this exact case for my LG G2 and it was awesome. Kick stand really works and isn't gimmicky at all like I thought it would be. Saved my G2 from sure death quite a few times. It held up for as long as I had my G2, which unfortunately met its end after I dropped it without the case on (of course). My roommate and I bought them at the same time for his G2 and he still uses it. Holds up great.

Strange thing about my Spigen Neo Hybrid case I talked about above.... the Motorola charger which came with the phone isn't able to fit into the phone's charging port because the case blocks it just enough. I had to cut the case a little so the charger would fit. I don't mind having to do that, but it is something people should be aware of if they get this case.

I have a Caseology case.. very similar design, but with plastic buttons that are rockers.... I actually kind of hated the button feel on it... the power button had no feedback/feel.. the volume rocker wasn't much better. I only use it when protection trumps usability. But I usually end up enabling d2tw in my kernel when I do....

For my day to day grind, I use a Spigen Thin case Gives at least a minimum amount of protection, ads next to nothing in terms of size and exposes the buttons.
