A bout a month ago or so my wife and I got new phones. I got her a Galaxy Nexus for $0.97 on special and I picked up a GS3. I was excited because I wanted both these phones and could have experience with em. My phone has been amazing but my wife has been griping about hers since day one. I tried to get her to just give it a chance thinking it was more her than the phone. We are now past the time she take return it but since day one she has been experiencing it not sending/receiving calls or text messages or media messages. Also sometimes others won't receive the picture messages she sends right away but will randomly get it days later or even in the middle of the night. We are both on Verizon and I have had no issues with my phone and we didn't have these issues on our old Droid X's. Now she is telling me today it is just randomly restarting itself and giving her some kind of message. She has shown me twice that it randomly is restarting but hasn't given any message, it just reboots to the lock screen.
Are these any known issues with fixes to them? Did my wife just get a lemon? Is there anything I can do to make this a better experience to her? She's ready to just reactivate her old phone =(.
