Any way to add 2 more home screens w/o new launcher?

Anyone know of a way to add 2 more home screens to my Gnex without having to switch to a third party launcher? I'm missing having 7 like my DX had.

what about taking off 2 screens, It comes 5 standard, i would rather have 3. is there anyway?

Only way is to unlock root and flash a mod or install a 3rd party launcher.

I don't understand why people won't load a launcher? Nova is just like stock but better and its free. You can add or subtract screens and don't need root.
