Through my work, I frequently have my calls forwarded to my Galaxy S4 (t-mobile). When I answer the calls, I have to press 1 to answer the calls.
I could change this through my forwarding settings, but I would prefer it if the keypad just automatically popped up when I answered a call, or when a call was answered on the other end, as I also often immediately dial extensions when a call is answered. If I press keypad before the other end picks up, it goes away once they answer and I have to hit it again.
I just want it to default to showing the keypad.
Is there any way to do that through the galaxy settings?
Any assistance would be appreciated. I have looked through forums and settings and have been unable to find anything.
