Any way to get a mouse option on my samsung gs4?

I recently lost my computer (long story) so I've had to do EVERYTHING on my phone. I was working yesterday and trying to create a tab for my business FB page. I'm trying to center a picture but of course when I touch the picture to grab it, the whole page moves as opposed to just the picture. I tried to find an app that would let me use a mouse like on a computer, but no luck. I'm sure I'm over looking something here... how do I get my image centered???

I haven't seen a mouse that works for a phone. The closest thing is the S-Pen for the Note series.

An OTG cable and any USB mouse should work.

Yes. but does the mouse work as a cursor only, or can it drag items like the OP wants. I can't see that happening.
I have a cable and always meant to try a mouse, so when I get home .....
