Any Way to Keep RAM Manager from Killing Lookout or WMD?

So as many people know, occasionally people like me clear memory from the RAM manager. Unfortunately this also kills Lookout and Where's My Droid, rendering them useless to locate your device. You could restart the app every time after you clear your memory but that's a hassle.

I'm wondering if there's a way to exempt apps from the clear memory process?

Anyone know a way?
