Any way to re-map "double tapping" of the home button?

I disabled S Voice for obvious reasons, and was hoping to remap this function to activate the stock Google Voice commands. I have researched, but have not found a way to do this. I am not rooted, as I am unsure on the best way to do this. Is there something I'm missing? I would really like to have this functionality when I am driving.

You may be able to do this with another launcher like Apex or Nova.

I thought about that, but was really hoping I could stay with the stock TouchWiz. I already customized my homescreens and folders and didn't want to do it again.

I ended up using Nova launcher. This lets me single tap the home button to access voice functions from the home screen. May do for now. Thanks for the help!
