Any way to recover photos, videos, music off an LG G3 that has crashed?

I have had my G3 for about 2 years now, last week my phone screen went green then rebooted and when the phone turned back on it displayed a menu to either reboot or go into dload mode. If you choose to reboot the phone it would loop back to the same menu. I brought my phone to sprint and they said there was nothing they could do and that the phone had crashed. Now the phone turns on and goes to a blue screen and shuts off after the LG startup screen. I got a new phone but the issue i am having is that the phone has very important pictures and videos on it. Is there anyway to recover these? Thank you

Were you using Google Photos?

Were they saved to your SD card? If so you can put the SD card in another phone or a card reader to recover the pics

Some of them were saved on my sd card but everything is on the enternal memory
