Any way to replace "slide to answer" with old fashioned buttons?

Ok, I'm running CM6 on my Hero and it has the "Slide to Answer" on it when a call comes in.

Now, no offense to anyone, but I'm not a fan of this and would like to restore the phone to the normal on screen buttons to answer or reject a call, without going back to the stock ROM. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Please?

Is this when the phone is locked? or does it do this even when you've already cleared the screensaver?
