Sorry no. One of the drawbacks in android. Every app is different, so there is no global/standard opp for this. In stock email, you long press on the text then hit the "T"ext button on the upper right of the screen. In Dolphin browser it's roughly the same thing. In stock internet browser it's in roughly the same spot too. Some apps don't give you the option.

in Android, select all is represented by a square with four squares in it. So if you select text and see the square at the top of the screen (sometimes bottom), that's select all. Also, sometimes you have to press the three dots (menu icon) to get all the cut /paste /copy functions.
