Any way to stop the nav bar dimming?

Hi, I notice in a few apps or games on my Samsung S23 Ultra, that sometimes the nav bar will either pretty much go off or dim.

I can get it back by swiping my finger a little at the bottom of the phone, but even then it's hardly visible.

This is just in some apps or games I think that either use full screen or overlay.

Is there a way to control this, either to set the amount it dims, or to stop it?

If you're using gestures then with the NavStar module from Good Lock you can change both the colour (if you wish) and the transparency of the swipe handles to make them more visible.
