Any way to uninstall Google+?

Its wasting my battery and frankly I never use it. Is there anyway to uninstall it? And also the g+ messenger?

Settings->Apps->All
Find Google+. Click on it. Then uninstall updates and then disable. That will move it to the bottom of the list and disable it.
Do the same with any other apps.

Once it's been uninstalled it will only appear in the ALL list of apps (the furthermost right list). Once you select it in there it will have the disable button.

After you uninstall updates Go to Setting in your phone then go to apps then go to all and find google+ and it will look like the same as wean you uninstalled the updates but it will say disable click that and you are done.
