I'm in that forum post as well. There is no concrete proof that they are fixing the wifi within the post you are mentioning. It does look like they are working on the touchscreen and keyboard though. I hope that doesn't mean the wifi issues is a hardware constraint.

Man, really wish they would come up with something here. I'm impatiently waiting. I won't make a purchase until I know some things have been fixed. I don't care about the forced landscape/portrait stuff. But the wifi and touchscreen issues gots ta go before I hand over my cash.

What's odd is my RMA Pixel C has been flawless since getting it ... Wonder if there was a bad batch or flash/update early on.

My WiFi seems fine, but I've had the touchscreen issue. A cache wipe, reboot, and rotate lock resolved it, but I am wondering if I should preemptively RMA it now.

How long ago did you get your RMA? Have you had zero Wi-Fi or touchscreen issues since you got it?

Got RMA on 28-Dec, got original Pixel on 11-Dec, have had zero touchscreen issues. WiFi has not been as bad as others ... In fact was travelling last two weeks and using speed test which isn't a great gauge I know, but regardless was getting same speeds as 6P on hotel WiFi and on high speed trade show wifi I was getting 380mbps on Pixel while only 190 on 6P.

Were they the same serial number? I cant remember is you said that or not.

I'm just not sure if I want to RMA or not. The Pixel I have currently was the second one I needed to order (the first got stuck in a shipping warehouse and Google ended up cancelling that whole transaction and just recalling it from the shipper). The second one was shipped on the 21st from a different location (Illinois, I don't remember where the first one originally came from, South Carolina sticks out, but when I say Google cancelled it, even the original 1st order history is gone).
