Anybody else experiencing Camera Failed on Latest lolipop update?

Hi,

I updated before to OA2 5.0 Lollipop and i experienced the camera failed issue. The screen is just black when launching camera app then it crashes.
A simple restart fixes things but it re-occurs once in a while.

I updated last 2 weeks on latest build OD3 and device seemed fine until now. I again experienced camera failure and needs to restart the device everytime.

It seems very random and i dont know what the culprit is. Its getting annoying. :-$+

Tried cache wiping as of today. lets see how long it goes before it happens again

The cache wipe is what I would have recommended as well. Another thing to try is to turn off "Ok Google" detection on every screen, since that can sometimes interfere with the camera (but that's usually if you're trying to take a video).

Still not happening as of today, i removed viber since it happened yesterday.

Viber causes it for some user. Ill see and observe further if it happens again without viber.
