Anybody else had their essential arrive damaged?

Took delivery of a white essential today and it has arrived damaged, nothing major but not what I would expect from a new phone.

1 mark along the top of the screen and some tarnishing on the band.

Given I am in the UK the whole returns thing on this is worrying me slightly!

Anybody else had a sub-standard/damaged device arrive?

Mind didn't arrive damage, but has a lot of light bleed issues. I dealt with it for 2 week but decided to get it replaced through Amazon. Got a solid new phone in 48 hours.

Replacement on the way so fingers crossed for second time lucky. They have said I am ok to open and use the one I have before returning so I am going to get a chance to play with it
