I noticed this error yesterday and I found another person on a different site with the same error but know one seems to know what it is or why it is happening.

I have been getting this since the recent update last week. No idea what it means and I have been searching for answers.

It's related to Wifi. If you turn off Wifi it goes away until you reconnect to wireless network again. Not sure how to fix it.

This is not an accurate statement as my Wifi has been off for 3 weeks and I still see it every day.

ok just a little more from my experience...

If I connect to a wireless network, whether it's by restarting my phone or turning off wifi and turning it back on, this is when the error shows up. I believe the message means something like "mobile IP error...". I do not see the error unless my Wifi is on and connecting to networks as described above. I'm not saying there could not be other conditions that causes it to show up however this is the only time I see it. If I close the error, it does not come back until I again reconnect to Wifi. Just to reiterate, it does not continuously show up if closed unless I continuously disconnect and reconnect to a wireless network.

I get it also and not on wifi. It seems to happen if I lose my data signal for a split second.
I froze the program with Titanium Backup and that stopped the notification. Haven't seen any difference with the phone with it running or frozen other than the notification. Yet.
