Anybody try ADW launcher?

Development had long since died but it by far my favorite

Better than Nova?

For me it's better. Most would choose Nova.

I've tried to switch to Nova many times because development is ongoing and evolving. I'm so familiar with ADW Launcher EX and it preforms exactly how I want it to.

App drawer customization and pulling down the notification bar from anywhere on the screen...

Just to many likes for me to mention lol

I tried to find where you can do dock pages like Nova. Does it offer that?

I'm pretty sure I downloaded this launcher onto my LG G3 and liked it! I tend to switch up my launcher/theme experience quite a lot, and so I've switched from a few different ones.

Yeah I'm like that too...gotta stop being so flighty lol

If so do you like it?

Old thread but throwing out my opinion for anyone else wondering about ADW. I never used the first version. Went through most launchers before I settled with Next because it had the customization I wanted. Had it on my S4 up to my current S7. But the developer abandoned it and the Oreo update caused problems with it.

I again started trying launchers (Evie, Apex, Nova, Microsoft, Go, Smart, etc. etc.). Three days ago I downloaded ADW and it has all the features I'm looking for. Only issue is you can't add bookmarks to the homescreen. But I took care of that with a small app called URL shortcut. The biggest win for me was I removed my downloaded themes, HD clock & weather widget, and Desktop Visualizer because I can cover it all from ADW customizable widgets.

I can fit as many icons across the screen as I want by using a widget, but it has a good customizable screen grid already. I like having an extra large phone button and being able to overlap widgets. I'm a heavy widget user, so this is the best choice for me. And the launcher is still fast even with all the widgets. Have 5 on my homescreen (2 others on a secondary screen) and no lag at all. Just saying...I love ADW.

My homescreen. The dock, center wheel, search bar and clock/weather are all custom widgets.

A second screen with a couple widgets I just setup.

I also love that I can use dynamic colors that will conform to whatever color wallpaper I use.
