Anybody Try Phantom Skinz

Has anybody tried Phantom Skinz on their Epic or other Galaxy S phone? One day after having the Sprint anti-glare screen protector on my phone, I am ready to buy a new protector.

I'm several positive reviews for the PS on other phones, but I was curious how it works with the Samsung screen.

Just applied phantomskin to my epic last night. It's pretty good but I may take it off eventually. The more I read about the gorilla glass the more I think I don't need a screen protector. The feel of the skin is ok, but not as smooth as the naked screen when for example, swiping in your unlock code. Since the epic is flat, it was super easy to apply.


UPDATE:
It appears that it may have the same issue some are having with zagg. It seems my captivate buttons on the bottom are much less sensitive. They still work, but not nearly as well. I think I will be removing the skin today.

There is not a Stenheil out for the Epic yet, or at least there is not one listed in there online store. Would a protector for the other Galaxy S phones work or are you planning on waiting?

I'm planning on waiting, I had one on my EVO and loved it, the PS on the screen isn't that great IMO, but is good for the body

That was my worry. I'm looking for a protector that will be good on the screen.

please post pics! Im thinking of getting the carbon fiber looking skins from them. Tell us how the skins feel and if they are good or not. Please comment on the fully body skins as well.

I applied the carbon fiber phantom skinz. Looks especially good on the back (just like the pic on the PS website). There are also carbon fiber looking strips that cover the black, glossy plastic on the upper half of the phone. They fit well, though they don't completely cover the perimiter. That is, there are slight gaps between the four pieces of the kit. I didn't know this at the time of installation. I now have uneven gaps. Sooo, do some planning and it should turn out pretty sweet. I have two gripes. First, the skin is slippery in the hand, especially if your hands are at all moist. Second, the edges of the skin are a bit sharp! I'm sure they'll round off after some time.

Personally, I think the cutout is really well designed. The skin doesn't cover any of the silver bezel, (which it can't since the battery cover has to come off, and the slider is above), but i think its the best designed skin i've seen so far!
