Anyone able to buy one today at AT&T stores?

Has anyone been able to find any AT&T corporate stores willing to sell the One X a day early? If so, where?

I bought a HTV Vivid a couple weeks ago and went in today to try to exchange it but...rejected! I played dumb and said I thought the One X was released today but they said tomorrow.

Oh well. Guess I'll have to wait one more day!

Seems to be the common theme. I've tried just about every store here in Chicago with no luck.

Their official line was that they hadn't gotten their shipment in yet this morning. They were expecting the phones and accessories to come in this afternoon.

Hours later at a Best Buy Mobile I was told they had them but weren't allowed to even put out a display model until the morning.

Both places seemed to think White would be the only color available with black coming later.

I walked into an AT&T corporate store in the St. Louis area. They were more than accomodating and sold me one yesterday.

they wouldn't cell me one yesterday and they had both black and white there i played with the white one but the other one was not on display only the white connected to the beats audio boooom box.
